The objective of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive, secure and integrated information management system that can adequately integrate information from different systems across MKI departments and projects. The appointed service provider will be required to provide the following services:

• Automation of the MKI current processes.
• Develop and/or implement the following modules: of Human Resource Management (existing system), Procurement Management (existing and requires upgrade), Travel Management (new), Financial Management (existing) and Document Management (new), learner management (existing and requires upgrade), project management (new), legal & contracts (existing and requires upgrade) and the underpinning intranet.
• Integrate all systems used into one comprehensive and secure MKI system with underpinning architectural infrastructure.
