Background: The Moses Kotane Institute is an entity of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate of providing an internationally recognized quality research driving the economic development and innovation in the province. It does this by providing timely and accurate research to support the attainment of radically transformed, inclusive and sustainable economic growth for the province in partnerships with public and private sector. The institution is looking for the experienced and qualifying individuals to fulfill this new role.  Applications are invited from South African Citizens, residing in KwaZulu-Natal.

Requirements: Honour’s degree in business / social sciences / applied sciences. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.

Experience: 3 years research experience        

Remuneration: DPSA Level 10

Responsibilities: Research Practitioner duties, include but not limited to: Research Project Coordination; Conduct Research and Data Analysis and reporting. Present research findings to external stakeholders.
