Registered companies, individuals and experts involved in Job Evaluation services are hereby invited to submit their proposals.

1. Profile detailing at least 5 years’ experience of provision of job evaluation services.
2. A minimum of 5 years Job Evaluation experience;
3. CV detailing the experience of the team leader proposed to be assigned to this project;
4. Submit a project management plan, which will detail framework and methodology the project and the tools (program) intended to be used to execute the project.
5. Quotations to indicate hourly rates (inclusive of disbursements);
6. Submit certified copies of IDs and qualifications of team members proposed to be assigned to this project, clearly identifying the Team Leader;
7. Letter from three contactable references with their email addresses and contact numbers.
