The Moses Kotane Institute (MKI) is an entity of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate to conduct world class research into training, skills development, and provincial strategic economic sectors and to strategically lead on innovation and maritime coordination and implementation activities to respond to the needs of provincial economy.

The Moses Kotane Institute invites suitable service providers to submit proposals for the development of operationalisation business case for KwaZulu-Natal Innovation Hub. Terms of reference are available on MKI’s website: www.moseskotaneinstitute.com. Proposals must be emailed to tenders@moseskotane.com by 1 March 2021, 23:59. Proposals received after the closing date will NOT be considered. MKI subscribes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, (Act No.5 of 2000) and bids will be evaluated in terms of PPPFA provisions. MKI reserves the right not to appoint and or to withdraw the appointment.
