The Moses Kotane Institute (MKI) is an entity of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate to conduct world class research into training, skills development, and provincial strategic economic sectors and to strategically lead on innovation and maritime coordination and implementation activities to respond to the needs of provincial economy.

Proposals are hereby invited from suitably qualified services provider with a proven track record for knowledge repository, a system that will systematically capture, organise and store research outputs and knowledge generated by the Moses Kotane Institute, the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and all its entities. MKI therefore invites suitable and relevant firms to offer their services by putting forward their proposals as outlined in the Terms of Reference (TORs).

TORs are available on MKI’s website: www.moseskotaneinstitute.com. Proposals must be emailed to tenders@moseskotane.com by 05 October 2020 at 16h30. Proposals received after the closing date will NOT be considered. MKI subscribes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, (Act No.5 of 2000) and bids will be evaluated in terms of PPPFA provisions. MKI reserves the right not to appoint and or to withdraw the appointment.
