Proposals are hereby invited from suitably qualified services provider with a proven track record for the provision of Company Secretariat Services. MKI therefore invites suitable and relevant firms to offer their services by putting forward their proposal and quotation as outlined in the Terms of Reference (TORs). TORs must be requested from and proposals be emailed to Ms Sinenhlanhla Ngqulunga at Sinenhlanhla.Ngqulunga@Moseskotane.Com. Proposals received after the closing date will NOT be considered. MKI subscribes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, (Act No.5 of 2000). There will be a three-stage evaluation. The first stage is administrative compliance, the second is the technical evaluation and the final stage is the price and BEE evaluation. MKI reserves the right not to appoint.
