10 X SMME MASTERPLAN DEVELOPERS

Background:  The Moses Kotane Institute (MKI) has been contracted by the Department of Economic Development Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) to facilitate the development of the KwaZulu-Natal SMME Masterplan. To this end, MKI is looking to engage the services of TEN professionals with relevant expertise to form part of this crucial project.

Minimum Requirements:   Interested candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/Commerce or related fields at NQF Level 08 from an accredited tertiary institution. Three years’ experience in the development of Masterplans. Three years’ experience in the SMME sector; Five years’ experience in policy development and analysis.

Responsibilities: Brief Expected Outputs (inter alia): Diagnose the SMME challenges in KwaZulu Natal and propose recommendations that will go towards the final document. Terms of Appointment:  The successful candidate will be contracted over a period of 6 (six) months. The monthly invoice rate will be based on DPSA Consultants fees 6-8 (B2.2)
