Background: The Moses Kotane Institute is an entity of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate to conduct world class research into training, skills development, and provincial strategic economic sections; and to strategically lead in innovation and maritime co-ordination and implementation activities to respond to the needs of the provincial economy. The institution seeks to appoint experienced and qualifying individual, as a Diving Instructor in its Maritime Unit. Applications are invited from South African Citizens, residing in KwaZulu-Natal.

Requirements: RAID Dive Instructor, Skippers License, Membership of the Diver Alert Network and a Valid Diver Medical Report.

Experience: 5 years’ experience in conducting diving training.

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities: Plan diving training, conduct diving training, compile and present training reports, coach and mentor dive candidates.
