The Honourable MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Ms. Nomusa Dube-Ncube addressed business representatives on the Post Budget Business Breakfast on the 1st of August 2019. “We have set aside billions of Rands with an aim of stimulating manufacturing and construction industry because these sectors are labour intensive,” said Honourable Dube-Ncube.
