The Moses Kotane Institute (MKI) is looking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified South African Citizens to fill the positions of experiential learners that will assist in data collection and other research related activities. To this end the opportunities are extended to unemployed South African Youth (between the ages of 18-35) . Successful candidates will be expected to enter a 12-month contract and will receive a monthly stipend.

REQUIREMENTS
MKI Bursary recipient pursuing a Masters / PHD in Science & Related fields. An ideal candidate must have the following professional competencies and skills:
• Dynamic and highly committed to the work environment focused on making a positive impact.
• Pay attention to details.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Good Communication Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Good Writing skills

DUTIES
Assist with literature review for projects; Contribute towards drafting of proposals; Assist with data collection and data capturing, Assist with report writing and provide general administration support where required.

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
The incumbent to the above position will be offered a 12-month Independent Contractor.

REMUNERATION
R 10 000 – R16 000 per month.
