TORs must be requested from Ms Sudira Sewpersad at Sudira.Sewpersad@Moseskotane.Com, and Proposals emailed to Ms Sinenhlanhla Ngqulunga at Sinenhlanhla.Ngqulunga@Moseskotane.Com. Proposals received after the closing date will NOT be considered. MKI subscribes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, (Act No.5 of 2000). There will be a three-stage evaluation. The first stage is administrative compliance, the second is the technical evaluation and the final stage is the price and BEE evaluation. MKI reserves the right not to appoint.
