Background: The Moses Kotane Institute is an entity of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate of providing an internationally recognised quality research driving the economic development and innovation in the province. It does this by providing timely and accurate research to support the attainment of radically transformed, inclusive and sustainable economic growth for the province in partnerships with public and private sector. Requirements: An Honor’s Degree Financial Management or Accounting, a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

Experience: 7 years relevant experience

Remuneration: DPSA Level 12

Responsibilities: Finance Manager duties, include but not limited to: Budget Management and coordination; Financial Reporting; Management of Payroll and Benefits; Supply Chain Management; Asset Management; Management of sub-unit reports; Management of unit reports; People and Financial Management within the unit.
